The final proposal is to develop a technological tool that allows for the automation of the monitoring of the Annual Operational Plan and improves the management of the POA in the UTB. |

El informe de seguimiento se realiza semestralmente, se elabora por la Dirección de Planificación Universitaria y se envía por correo electrónico y se guarda en Google Drive sin formato estandarizado y sin medidas de seguridad. Como resultado, el proceso actual de seguimiento del Plan Operativo Anual es ineficiente y carece de coordinación, herramientas adecuadas y capacitación del personal. El objetivo general del estudio es proponer la automatización del seguimiento del Plan Operativo Anual mediante el diagnóstico de las falencias de los procesos actuales. El método de investigación cualitativo se utiliza para analizar los procesos actuales del POA y la automatización del seguimiento del Plan Operativo de la UTB. Los resultados obtenidos incluyen la identificación de los procesos actuales del POA, el análisis de los desafíos en el seguimiento del POA, la identificación de requisitos para la automatización del seguimiento del POA, la identificación de mejoras en los procesos actuales del POA y la evaluación de la viabilidad de la automatización del seguimiento del POA.
