Selección de personal y su incidencia en el desempeño laboral de la compañía CORTE & RX HENRY BALSECA en la ciudad de Babahoyo, periodo 2023

The present research project with the topic: "Personnel selection and its impact on job performance in the Henry Balseca cutting & RX company in the city of Babahoyo, period 2023." The problem is presented, objectives oriented to the research, which developed the theoretical framework with the respective sources of information collection. In addition, the same hypothesis was established that says: "How will a good selection of personnel optimize the work performance of the collaborators of the Corte & RX Henry Balseca company in the city of Babahoyo?". The purpose of this project, once the respective analysis of the results has been carried out, is framed in developing periodic training workshops on Personnel Selection and Work Performance to improve the work performance of employees in the cutting & RX company Henry Balseca. These trainings seek to generate greater profitability in the company through adequate knowledge of the work performance of its collaborators. Continuing with the methodology, the information was collected and processed, which was obtained through the application of surveys for the administrative and operational staff of the company. In this way, the conclusions and recommendations were reported, the same ones that allow the approach of the proposal in order to improve the work performance of the employees of the Henry Balseca cutting & RX company in the city of Babahoyo.
