A proposal was made with the objective of improving the level of knowledge of nursing staff in the management of the PAE nursing care process, to provide good care for patients with chronic renal failure treated in Dial Ríos. |

A proposal was made with the objective of improving the level of knowledge of nursing staff in the management of the PAE nursing care process, to provide good care for patients with chronic renal failure treated in Dial Ríos.El presente estudio de investigación que lleva por tema PROCESOS DE ATENCIÓN DE ENFERMERÍA EN PACIENTES CON INSUFICIENCIA RENAL QUE ACUDEN AL CENTRO DE DIÁLISIS DIAL RÍOS DEL CANTÓN BABAHOYO, PROVINCIA DE LOS RÍOS PERIODO OCTUBRE 2019 - MARZO 2020 tuvo como objetivo general: Determinar la aplicación del proceso de atención de enfermería en pacientes con insuficiencia renal que acuden al centro de diálisis Dial Ríos del cantón Babahoyo, provincia de Los Ríos, periodo Octubre 2019 – Marzo 2020.Para tales efectos, se realizará una recolección de datos en base a los aspectos estudiados en una población de 183 pacientes que asistieron al centro Dial Ríos en el período señalado, aplicando una fórmula de muestreo se determinó que la muestra es de 164 pacientes y se realizó una entrevista a los profesionales de enfermería del Centro objeto de estudio. Como resultados significativos tenemos el 69%, no evalúa y no lleva registro de su intervención, limitando en sus labores según procesos lo estiman el 75% de las enfermeras, además se requieren charlas educativas en signos y síntomas en infección para los usuarios.
