Logística de la Distribuidora Álvarez de la ciudad de Babahoyo en el periodo 2021.

This research work is focused on analyzing if the inconsistencies presented in the logistics department of Distribuidora Alvarez have an impact on the low sales productivity of the company. Through this research, the relevance of a correct organization within the logistics area is established, since it is a plus for the economic and organizational growth of small and medium-sized companies in the canton. For the collection of information, three investigative instruments were used, such as: the observation sheet that was carried out at the company's facilities; the interview was conducted with the owner of the distributor and the person in charge of the logistics area, since it was essential to know first hand the management that is carried out. On the other hand, the survey was carried out with the collaborators who work in all the areas that make up the organization in order to know in depth the work carried out. Subsequently, conclusions were drawn.
