| Summary: | Social networks within digital marketing allow improving the interaction between companies with customers by making it easier for users to access products or services that are closer to their geographic area through market segmentation. Currently, the interaction of the business world and customer attraction, generating greater sales volume, has been notably influenced by digital marketing through the use of social networks. The objective of this study is to analyze digital marketing strategies on social networks and their influence on the ventures associated with the municipal GAD of the Puebloviejo canton. In this way, exploratory research was established using a mixed research design (qualitative and quantitative), which allowed obtaining timely information through data collection techniques based on the application of surveys and direct observation forms aimed at entrepreneurs dedicated to the sale and distribution of food in the Puebloviejo canton. In which it was concluded that digital marketing through social networks plays a crucial role in attracting customers, increasing sales and developing businesses. |
