The agricultural exploitation sector is one of the most important sectors of Ecuador, this has increased the need to establish internal control to avoid risks that lead to losses either in the financial area or in the production process, it should be stressed that in the The company evaluated may have shortcomings due to lack of knowledge about the components that make up the internal control. Banana production and its presence in the economy has been present repeatedly in the history of the country and mainly in the times of agricultural boom such as that of cocoa and banana; the banana sector its participation in the GDP of the country constantly oscillated in one of 8.5%, making the banana sector one of the main pillars of the economy of Ecuador (SINAGAP, 2015). The banana production in our nation is carried out in 20 provinces of the continental territory. For the present work there was the collaboration of the company BAMAREX SA who provided necessary information to analyze the internal control components and evaluate the current state of the company to detect the problem that exists within a production process and what would be the respective causes and leave in clear some solution that we are only going to mention but not to execute. It is important to carry out an internal control evaluation that allows to know, in the course of a production or shipment process, if the goals are being met according to schedule, if the expenses are being made in accordance with the authorization levels and if the Income has been taking place as planned.
