Gaia:The present research project evaluates the effectiveness of physiotherapeutic approaches in treating tendinopathy in youth soccer players from the Federación Deportiva de Los Ríos. This condition is one of the most common that affects the performance and development of these young athletes. Given the significant prevalence of tendinopathy in youth soccer players and the limited specific data on the effectiveness of treatments in local contexts, this study addresses the need to identify the most effective physiotherapeutic methods for this population. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of physiotherapeutic treatment in youth soccer player with tendinopathy. The specific objectives include identifying associated risk factors, describing the physiotherapeutic methods used, and measuring functional recovery post-treatment. This study was conducted using a descriptive and exploratory design with a population of 80 soccer players, from which only 30 athletes were sampled. Techniques such as direct observation, evaluations like resistance and flexibility tests, and surveys were employed to collect data on physiotherapeutic methods and the level of recovery.
