Summary:Acute Respiratory Infections are considered a latent problem at the global level due to the alterations that are generated in the morbidity and mortality indicators. This research attempts to find the environmental factors that are related to acute respiratory infections in children under five years old, with the application of the information from Health Center Tres Postes that contains data on health, demographic among other topics. The research aims to obtain the results through a deductive methodology, where graphs are generated with the behavior of the most important variables in this study such as: weight, age, symptoms, gender and environmental factors. The findings were obtained throughout a descriptive methodology. In order to give recommendations and improvements in the health status of Ecuadorians and also increase the quality of life of its population.
