To improve the development of student learning techniques it is necessary that teachers are constantly innovated to apply the new methodologies, and help the student to develop their skills and creativity, most of the students continue to use traditional strategies that make the student is inactive and pays little attention to the classes because of the monotonous nature of the classes, so it is important to use this proposal presented on the guide of learning techniques in the elaboration of sportswear.
