In addition to the interview that was conducted, the company provided us with the information requested to finalize this report. Each company currently keeps a record of all its sales through manual or electronic invoicing; these documents allow the company to have proof of income. Therefore, the non-existence of these was detrimental to Incubandina S.A in 2020, in which its decrease in income from the sale of chicks was reflected. The purpose of the work was to determine if the company's sales portfolio increases or decreases; to reach this point, a comparison was made of the client portfolio for the years 2019 - 2020. A table was also made showing the income from the sales of the chicks and chicks of each brand belonging to the light and heavy lines. |

A table was also made showing the income from the sales of the chicks and chicks of each brand belonging to the light and heavy lines.La investigación que se plasmó en el desarrollo del presente escrito se basó al Estudio de Cartera de Ventas por Líneas de Negocio del Centro de Producción Montalvo de la Empresa Incubandina S.A; empresa avícola del Ecuador. El informe se realizó mediante la aplicación de herramientas técnicas como la entrevista al gerente operativo. Además de la entrevista que se realizó, la empresa nos brindó la información solicitada para dar por finalizado con el presente informe. Cada empresa en la actualidad lleva un registro de todas sus ventas por medio de la facturación manual o electrónica, estos documentos permiten a la empresa tener constancia de los ingresos. Por ende la inexistencia de estos fue perjudicial para Incubandina S.A en el año 2020, en el cual se vio reflejada su disminución de ingresos por ventas de las pollitas. La finalidad del trabajo fue determinar si la cartera de ventas de la empresa incrementa o disminuye; para llegar a este punto se realizó una comparación de la cartera de clientes de los años 2019 – 2020.
