Shrnutí:The present work is titled Satisfaction of the users of the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion of the Babahoyo Canton, this institution has the mission of defining and executing the policies of economic and social inclusion, contributing to Good Living for the Ecuadorian population and as a vision to execute programs and services for the most vulnerable social inclusion and in a situation of poverty in the economic, cultural and social spheres. The objective of this case study is to analyze customer satisfaction in the MIES company in order to identify, determine the quality level of customer satisfaction in the services offered in the company, in such a way that expectations are met. and concerns of each of the users, through surveys applied to customers, allows us to obtain the necessary information to carry out a correct analysis of customer satisfaction in said institution. The work called User Satisfaction of the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion of the Babahoyo Canton, is related to the research subline of companies and public and private institutions, and is framed in the Financial, Administrative, Tax, Audit and Control Management line.
