Gestión de mantenimiento en los equipos de cómputo para la atención en los pacientes en el centro Médico Santa Rosa de la cuidad de Babahoyo.

This case study aims to develop a maintenance management control system that allows system users to ensure that preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment are performed in full, for this reason it has been proposed the development of this case study in order to avoid delays that originate in the reception, registration of care shifts, in addition to other important procedures that are performed manually due to problems with the machines. This is intended to avoid inconvenience to patients who do not respond quickly to timely attention. Among the specific objectives are: Review the current process of equipment maintenance at the medical center; Determine the feasibility and requirements for the implementation of the maintenance management system at the "Santa Rosa" medical center; Design and implement a maintenance management system to improve the management of incident reporting through requests for preventive, corrective or upgrade maintenance to elements that make up the physical infrastructure of the medical center's computers. It is also worth mentioning that thanks to the feasibility study carried out, it was possible to determine the requirements that the medical center needs to implement the maintenance management system. Thanks to the economic feasibility study, it was determined that the implementation of this project is economically feasible, since it is considered that this tool will improve its processes and patient care, so it can be determined that it is economically viable.
