إضافة وسم | الملخص: | SUMARY The purpose of this study is to raise awareness of an alternative within poultry farming that is known as the raising of farm chickens. In this process, updated information will be provided related to the management of aging, the organoleptic quality of its meat, and the benefits for producers. Through the study of the different scientific works published on the management of these bird species, the morphological differences that characterize them of the broilers will be mentioned. Its exploitation system is semi-intensive and consists of a more natural diet based on the consumption of grains, insects and herbs found in the ground. This poultry activity allows the production cost to be considerably low for the producer and also seeks to offer the market a more natural product of excellent quality for consumers.
