La tecnología moderna y su impacto en la gestión administrativa de las secretarias de la Unidad Educativa del Milenio Carlos Alberto Aguirre Avilés de la Parroquia La Unión

In this case study, it aims to determine modern technology and its impact on the administrative management of the secretaries of the Educational Unit of the Millennium Carlos Alberto Aguirre Avilés, because technology is one of the most important elements in the development of the activities carried out by the secretaries and it is also significant that the management and use of technologies is known. What will allow them to perform their tasks efficiently and effectively so that they have a good performance in administrative management. Bearing in mind that the type of research is descriptive. For this reason, it was possible to analyze the use of the technological tools that the secretaries carried out and how they were put into practice for the activities, processes and procedures that were carried out in the administrative department of the Educational Institution. Therefore, a population of three people was used, of whom they were surveyed and from whom important information could be obtained to carry out this investigation. This was evidenced according to the results obtained from the survey, such as the fact that the secretaries normally used technological tools in administrative management on a daily basis, it was also obtained that the secretaries were confident when implementing modern technologies and also considered that it is important that use technological tools to facilitate administrative management. Finally, this allowed to have information in a clear and precise way.
