| Summary: | Teen pregnancy is a Public Health problem due to maternal, obstetric and fetal complications that can occur during the gestation process, preeclampsia is a hypertensive disorder characterized by blood pressure> 140 / 90mmHg, headache, proteinuria and edema, is considered one of the main causes of maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality worldwide. In Ecuador, the rate of patients with preeclampsia is 27.53%, equivalent to 457 of 1660 deaths during this period. Its main risk factor is age: adolescent and elderly women with a history of high blood pressure, the evolution of the pathology causes systemic damage and can even lead to eclampsia, Hellp syndrome or death. This syndrome can be prevented by educating pregnant women about the signs and symptoms of alarm, feeding and prenatal control. The objective of this study was to investigate the predisposing risk factors of preeclampsia in pregnant adolescents of the obstetric hospital Angela Loayza de Ollague, to provide a diagnosis and timely treatment that avoids complications that affect maternal and neonatal health, care plans were developed with scientific validity that allows to make decisions in the patient, and in turn relate it to Marjory Gordon's theory, prioritizing and identifying those that are altered. A qualitative descriptive methodology was used, based on the updated bibliographic research of scientific articles, clinical guides, which were the fundamental basis for obtaining the necessary information in the preparation of this research work. |
