Summary:The case study on administrative management has been carried out in the Restaurant "Gaby Coffe" is located in the city of Babahoyo, where the different administrative problems that exist are described, which originate because their owners do not have scientific knowledge of administration , this is applied based on experience, in general this problem is detected in different areas, where the elements of the administrative process such as planning, organization, execution, control are not applied, there is also an inadequate internal organization of the processes inventory control, manual sales record, advertising strategies, which leads to poor decision making. The methodology established to carry out the analysis of this case study is the descriptive type, so this allows us to study and understand the behavior of employees directly and completely, the qualitative method was applied, since it allows us to collect complete information To then proceed to its interpretation, the techniques to be used are the survey and the interview, as analysis instruments are the questionnaires and questionnaires addressed to the manager and the workers in order to obtain concrete results. Administrative management is necessary for the business environment, since this is a component to give improvements to all the activities of the organization, to achieve its objectives and achieve its goals efficiently, by using material, human and financial resources , especially so that workers can carry out their functions properly.
