The main objective of this project will be to focus on the study of requirement requirements for the implementation of a mobile application for the consultation of customer incidents in the company ARTIANEXOS S.A. The new trend in technology is to give users the possibility of having everything they may need in a device that provides "mobility", defined as the ability to access information and services at any time, in any way and anywhere. (De la Riva, Di Cicco, Montero, & Sottile, 2012, page 3) The use of mobile devices (Smartphone) is a great option to act quickly and easily when using the methods and knowledge already acquired to make an impact. That is why in this study we will explain the method and strategies that will be used to reduce the types of incidents and promptly provide solutions quickly and effectively to customers. Given this, will be used a mobile application that will be in charge of displaying the details of the information, this will be done in an Android operating system in which the application will be installed from the company offices to each device technicians, stop giving use of information and return information in the same way. |
