La insuficiencia renal crónica se trata de que sus riñones están siendo afectado y no pueden filtrar la sangre como se debe y esto ocasiona se acumulen los desechos en su organismos causa cambios en su salud. En nuestros planes de cuidados que elegimos a nuestro paciente pudimos restablecerlo termodinámicamente gracias a nuestras intervenciones. En el proceso de atención de enfermería nuestra prioridad fue controlar los electrolitos y manejo de líquido a un paciente con Insuficiencia Renal Crónica.
