Description
Summary:By definition, it is a high-risk pregnancy because it is highly associated with pregnancy-related illnesses. Preterm delivery is the main complication, followed by hypertension syndrome and fetal growth retardation. Threatened preterm labor was classically defined as the presence of regular uterine movements associated with progressive changes in the cervix, of which occurred between 22 and 36.6 weeks of gestation. For most patients diagnosed at risk of preterm delivery and hospitalization, the true risk of preterm delivery is 20-30%. Etiology of PP encompasses a broad set of interrelated factors, which guides a multicausal explanation, in which factors are socioeconomic, occupational, lifestyle, genetic literature, especially infants. It was proposed to consider the rate of threat of preterm birth and risk factors for people in our context, since it showed a greater risk .
