At present, in the Babahoyo river taxi transport cooperative, it presents various problems in the administrative area, considering that all functions are not being carried out adequately according to what is established in the law, due to the fact that there is no manual of procedures or functions where what should be done is detailed, for which the objective of the research is to evaluate the administrative management of the Babahoyo river taxi transport cooperative during the period 2021. the methodology to be applied was the analytical methods because the parts of the object of the investigation were analyzed, which in this case is the administrative management in the Babahoyo River taxi transport cooperative, in order to obtain real conclusions. the exploratory method because through this the situation that was generated in the administrative management in the institution was investigated. Through the application of the methodology, it was obtained that the administrative management was deficient in the taxi cooperative, which is why it urgently requires adequate training, which yields positive results, as a condition to comply with the obligation to achieve effective results in management. of cooperative resources. It was concluded that there is poor administrative and operational management due to the lack of good labor communication, affecting the entity as it is, the lack of compliance with the procedure’s manuals and the goals of the organization that were established. from the beginning of its economic life.
