| Özet: | This case study focuses on the creation of a specialized exercise system aimed at developing maximum strength in young athletes between the ages of 18 and 25, who train at the Loren in the city of Babahoyo. Despite offering various training routines, the gym lacks a specific focus on developing maximum strength for this age group. This deficiency can limit athletic progress and increase the risk of injury. The main objective of this project is to design an exercise system that is adapted to the specific strength demands required for the sports practiced by athletes, while guaranteeing effective and safe training. It seeks to improve the sports performance, general health and technique of young athletes, allowing them to reach their maximum athletic potential. |
