Through this case study, it is intended to analyze the causes that caused the variation in the company's income. A mixed methodology was also applied, that is, the quantitative and qualitative method was used, which were used together and allowed the collection of information and, at the same time, a detailed analysis of each value obtained by applying formulas specifically for financial indicators. The analysis of the results of the variations obtained are of the utmost importance for the company, thanks to them it is possible to know the real economic situation of Agrozam and, in turn, to be able to use new methods that help to solve problems every time they arise. Finally, carried out the investigation to carry out this case study, it was possible to conclude that, during the 2021 period, Agrozam had a lower solvency capacity to supply the needs of the company, certain operational processes being affected. |

Finally, carried out the investigation to carry out this case study, it was possible to conclude that, during the 2021 period, Agrozam had a lower solvency capacity to supply the needs of the company, certain operational processes being affected.El presente estudio de caso basado en la Variación de los ingresos de “Agrozam” durante los periodos 2020 – 2021, en el cual cuyo problema gira en torno a la variación o disminución de ingresos provocado por la reducción de ventas durante el período 2021, en donde la empresa se vio en la necesidad de realizar cambios en los precios de ventas y en la planificación de sus actividades para que la empresa no sufra problemas graves a futuro que no tengan soluciones. Mediante este estudio de caso, se pretende analizar las causas que provocaron la variación en los ingresos de la empresa. Se aplicó además una metodología mixta, es decir, se usó el método cuantitativo y cualitativo, los cuales fueron empleados conjuntamente y permitieron recolectar información y a la vez analizar detalladamente cada valor obtenido mediante la aplicación de fórmulas específicamente de indicadores financieros. Los análisis de los resultados de las variaciones obtenidas son de suma importancia para la empresa, gracias a ellas es posible conocer la situación económica real de Agrozam y a su vez, lograr emplear nuevos métodos que ayuden a solucionar inconvenientes cada vez que se presenten.
