Shrnutí:ABSTRACT The soil constitutes a highly complex and dynamic heterogeneous system, as much in the space as in the time that serves from sustenance to a great variety of vegetable species, animals and microbial. It is so much an appropriate atmosphere for the development of the microorganisms eucariotas (algae, fungi, protozoos) as procariotas (bacterias and you arch). All these organisms are related among them in very varied and complex forms, contributing to the characteristics characteristic of the floor for their paper in the modification of the solid, liquid phases and soda that conform it. Numerous physical, chemical and biological processes act simultaneously to improve or to impoverish the condition of the floor and the functions that this carries out in benefit of the plants, animals and microorganisms that grow in him. Frequently the results are falsified because the important classes in their habitual environment are often oligotróficos (microorganisms that have a specific speed of growth, constant and low, also high likeness for the sustrat constrainer of the growth), but the enrichment conditions favor to the organisms opportunists (microorganisms that can adapt their growth to the lifestyle of abundance and shortage). key Words: Microbiota, rice, soils, production, cultivation.
