Factores socioambientales que influyen en el desarrollo de las infecciones respiratorias agudas en niños menores de 5 años, área hospitalización pediátrica, Hospital General IESS Milagro, Guayas, octubre 2018 – abril 2019

Respiratory Sharp infections are infectious and highly contagious pathologies which affect and inflame the respiratory tract. They are caused by a virus called the Respiratory Sincityal Virus. This virus frequently produces these type of infections. The present work of investigation has as general aim; the different types of factors Admit socioambientales that they influence the development of respiratory Sharp infections in 5-year-old minor patients. An observational study was carried out descriptively, with a quantitative approach. The survey was used in technology and as I orchestrated a questionnaire of questions directed towards the parents at the expense of 5-year-old minor children. The results appeared by means of graphs with a population of 90 and one simple of 72 5-year-old- minor children who come to the Area of Paediatric Hospitalization, of which only 32% of parents know it brings respiratory Sharp infections, 79% have suffered from IRA, 72% of parents have ignores the signs and symptoms of this infection and 78% do not know of the possible complications that it may present in their child. In agreement to the obtained results, it is possible to deduce that the parents at the expense of 5-year-old minor children do not possess a clear knowledge of these types of infections, for which we have made concrete to realice chats and thus reduce the revenue of 5-year-old minor children to the General IESS Milagro Hospital.
