Tilføj Tag | Summary: | The present case study was carried out with the objective of identifying the family functionality of a 15-year-old adolescent who for several months presented problems in his emotional state, for which within this investigation and in order to gather information, a qualitative methodology that helped us to resolve the variables within this particular case, since after a stage in which their parents separated, irrational thoughts were generated, for which rational emotional behavioral therapy was used to identify these activating facts and with the patient's commitment to modify these irrational thoughts, it was possible to convert them into rational thoughts, advantageously helping the patient to solve his problems of depression and anxiety generated by the affectation of his emotional state. |
