Rol del periodista como protagonista de cambios sociales en los habitantes de la Parroquia Venus del Rio Ciudad Quevedo, año 2019

At present, the role of communication professionals is largely framed by their social work from the media they work, from that point lies the importance of their journalistic work, dedicated to helping citizens in this case Quevedeña, specifically from the Venus del Rio parish. Within the social changes are framed a number of factors that carry out this transformation, among which we can point out; as are the sectional authorities (Municipal GAD), government ministries such as MIES, INFA, MSP, national police, among other institutions responsible for ensuring the welfare of citizens and citizens in general without discriminating ethnic groups, races or social strata. This research will assertively seek the inclusion of local journalists in the work of carrying out and being protagonists of the social changes of the Venus del Rio Quevedo cooperative, which together with the inhabitants work to achieve the objectives that will be raised and then put into practice the alternative proposal that will be developed from the opportunities for change that will be evident with the field work.
