El periodismo y su influencia en la identidad cultural de los habitantes del sector la viofa del cantón Quevedo

The main objective of this research is to analyze journalism and its influence on the cultural identity of the inhabitants of the La Viofa sector of Quevedo in the year 2017, where it will be possible to observe several points that will help to facilitate the investigation. Field research and the bibliographic documentary were used to make this research less complex, using methods and techniques applied to the inhabitants of the sector which had a sample of 89 inhabitants in their totality, from which the respective surveys were taken for the preparation of statistical tables. The set of methods that were used helped to a large extent the verification of the hypotheses and to clear the concerns that involve the problematic, and thus I can conclude that journalism does influence the cultural identity of the inhabitants of the La Viofa sector and applying the manual on cultural journalism the inhabitants have a way to improve their identity.
