Miêu tả
Tóm tắt:This project analyzes sports massification as a fundamental strategy for the identification of talents in the “Adolfo María Astudillo” Educational Unit. Globally, massification is considered an effective approach to combat sedentary lifestyle, strengthen social ties and discover future high-performance athletes. However, it faces obstacles such as the lack of adequate infrastructure and the lack of specialized training in the sports field. In the Ecuadorian context, although various sports initiatives are promoted within the educational system, inequalities persist in rural areas and limitations in the training of teachers in physical education. At the local level, the institution still does not have an organized plan or sufficient resources to identify sports skills, which affects the comprehensive development of students. The research is based on the deductive method and a descriptive design, using techniques such as surveys and direct observation to collect data from an intentional sample that includes 30 students and 4 teachers. The findings made it possible to evaluate the current conditions of sports massification, identify the main barriers and highlight opportunities to optimize its application in talent detection. In addition, the relevance of implementing inclusive strategies that allow democratizing access to sport, promoting values such as discipline and teamwork, and strengthening the physical, emotional, and social development of young people is highlighted. The study is viable thanks to the use of basic resources and the efficient planning of activities through an adequate schedule.
