The purpose of this research is to carry out a reactivation plan of the railroad in order to improve the local tourist activity of Riobamba through agreements signed with public-private institutions. This is the reason why a strategic reactivation plan has been carried out, because it is of utmost importance to create alliances with these institutions in order to achieve a joint work with a viable plan and with new management models that would lead us to an instantaneous tourist operation. |
