Análisis y diseño en el modelamiento de la información en el Taller Industrial “3 Hermanos".

The realization of this case study is to demonstrate how in the Industrial Workshop "3 Brothers" there are problems that cause the institution to have difficulties in recording all its data, which means that its records cannot be detailed correctly. In addition to not having a database that facilitates the entry of customer data, products and services offered, the workshop has an Excel sheet in which all the company's information is recorded, which is unreliable and cannot be trusted, since all the data can be lost at any time. The purpose of this case study is that the person responsible for the workshop can perform the registration of information in a proper way and learn in detail its proper use for data entry, so that the company can continue to grow both physically and economically. In order for these proposals to be carried out, the company must be committed to incorporate a database that will provide benefits for both its customers and the business, as well as self-educate itself to be able to execute the use of the program in a professional manner.
