Ejecución presupuestaria del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial de Pimocha periodo 2023.

In the detailed analysis of the Decentralized Autonomous Parish Government of Pimocha during the year 2023, how the budget is structured and executed in a context of growing economic and social challenges was deeply explored. The importance of this study lies in the need to understand the effectiveness with which public resources are managed, especially in times when budget efficiency becomes a key pillar for sustainable development and community well-being. The central objective was to evaluate the budget management of the GAD, with a specific focus on identifying its expense structure, verifying the execution of these budgets and establishing the level of efficiency in its management. The methodology adopted for this analysis combined a thorough review of the budget schedules, interviews with key personnel within the GAD, and a quantitative approach to measure the efficiency of budget execution against what was planned. This mixed approach allowed not only a numerical understanding of budget management but also a qualitative perception of the internal processes and challenges faced by Pimocha's GAD. This study emphasizes the importance of strengthening monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, improving the planning and execution of investment projects, and increasing transparency and citizen participation in the budget process.
