Yhteenveto:Cerebrovascular disease or cerebrovascular accident is a pathology that causes multiple sequelae in the individual who suffers from it, which can be both short-term and for life, this pathology is classified into two types, ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke. Worldwide, it is the second cause of death and ranks third as a factor causing disability. In our country, this disorder is one of the leading causes of mortality since 1975. In the elaboration of this clinical case we will treat a 56-year-old male patient with a clinical picture of hypertensive crisis, delusional pictures, aggressive behavior for no reason and decreased muscle strength of the left upper limb (monoparesis). After performing a series of complementary tests and having obtained the results, he gives a confirmed clinical diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease. The general objective that I set for myself was to implement the nursing care process in a 56-year-old male patient with a diagnosis of cerebrovascular event.
