El proyecto contribuye al Turismo Cultural para el fortalecimiento turístico accediendo a la afluencia e incremento de turistas, Babahoyo posee una riqueza cultural ancestral inigualable, sus fiestas patronales, mitos y leyendas, juegos de azar entre otros. Las capacidades de salvaguardar las costumbres y tradiciones demuestran el valor histórico e identitario cultural.
