A partir de un diagnóstico del balneario, se identificaron desafíos como la falta de infraestructura adecuada y la necesidad de promover prácticas turísticas responsables. Se plantean acciones como la conservación de recursos naturales, el manejo de residuos, la participación comunitaria, la promoción cultural y el desarrollo de infraestructura sostenible. Además, se incluyen estrategias de gestión y monitoreo para garantizar la implementación efectiva de las propuestas. Los resultados esperados incluyen la reducción del impacto ambiental, el aumento de la afluencia turística, la generación de empleo local y la mejora de la calidad de vida de la comunidad.
