These types of companies are governed by public function laws that provide the necessary guidelines in the development of the administrative activities of the employees of the institution, and in this way they are subject to controls by competent bodies to verify that public funds are administered from the best way, that is to say the comptroller's offices are the main regulatory entities of the district directorate that watch over the performance excellence in the organizations of the state
