Description
Summary:Its high prevalence of the disease in the western world and its ability to progress to more aggressive histological forms in addition to its association with diseases that increase cardiovascular risk. For this we have studied its relationship with diseases so prevalent in our environment as diabetes mellitus, obesity, and other cardiovascular risk factors such as dyslipidemia or high blood pressure. All of them are encompassed in the metabolic syndrome, which has been defined for many years by different international scientific societies and has been widely studied. In my case study, I intend to establish a nursing care process for the 66-year-old patient with a diagnosis of grade II hepatic steatosis using the Nanda, Nic, and Noc taxonomy. Achieving that the patient is comfortable during the length of their hospital stay.
