In the area of planning and development, a strategic plan was prepared and executed that included projects aimed at improving basic infrastructure, promoting local economic development and promoting environmental sustainability. In addition, we worked in close collaboration with other institutions and organizations to maximize the impact of the implemented initiatives. Human talent management was another relevant aspect during the aforementioned period. Actions were carried out to strengthen the capabilities of municipal personnel through training and training programs, with the aim of improving the provision of public services and promoting a favorable work environment. |

Esto se logró mediante la digitalización de procesos, la publicación de información financiera detallada y la promoción de la participación ciudadana en la toma de decisiones. En cuanto a la gestión financiera, se priorizó la eficiencia en el uso de los recursos públicos. Se llevaron a cabo auditorías internas periódicas para garantizar el adecuado manejo de los fondos municipales, y se establecieron mecanismos de control para prevenir el mal uso de los mismos. En el ámbito de la planificación y el desarrollo, se elaboró y ejecutó un plan estratégico que contempló proyectos orientados a mejorar la infraestructura básica, impulsar el desarrollo económico local y promover la sostenibilidad ambiental.
