Descripció
Sumari:Introduction: Hypertensive disorders, such as preeclampsia, are frequent complications during pregnancy and in the immediate post-surgical (post-surgical) puerperium, and in the latter there has been a considerable increase. Objective: To determine the incidence of nursing interventions in pre-surgical post-surgical patients of the gynecological area of the General Alfredo Noboa Montenegro Hospital, in the city of Guaranda, province of Bolívar, in the period from May to September 2019. Methodology: Field study, exploratory, descriptive, cross-sectional, with a qualitative-quantitative approach. An intentional non-probabilistic sampling was carried out according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, being constituted by 60 post-surgical preeclamptic patients. Results: From the total sample it was evidenced that the age group over 35 years of age predominated (28.3%), obesity (43.3%), primigests (60%), associated with a family history of preeclampsia (61.6%), who attended with gestational hypertension (36.6%) and some vasculopathies (35%). Conclusions: Nursing interventions are provided to post-surgical preeclamptic patients except for some related to the educational component such as determining the patient's knowledge about the medication, providing education on post-operative care and educating the patient about the importance of Uterine massages and teach the technique to be performed.
