Tóm tắt:This case study consists of analyzing the customer service offered by the Panchito Naranjo rice company in the city of Vinces, in order to determine the shortcomings that arise during the raw material transformation process, in addition to measuring the impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has provided to the organization, from an administrative and logistical perspective. The following information details the problems that the entity is currently experiencing, the same that has been provided by the various data collection tools, used to confirm the veracity of those described in the current document, which were the interview and survey towards the main actors involved in this research. With the application of the deductive method and the use of key techniques and instruments, the following section relates a situation that the majority of Ecuadorian companies present in different periods, with the help of relevant information provided by the various means of consultation, the present case of The study aims to collaborate with society, in order to publicize, through descriptive and documentary research, the turning points at which Piladora Panchito Naranjo does not provide the ideal service to the citizens of Vinceño.
