إضافة وسم | الملخص: | Marandu grass (Brachiaria brizantha) were formed into a new hope for the farm, for its wide range of adaptation, more forage and nutritional quality giving greater efficiency and profitability. The objective of this research was to evaluate the density and better agronomic performance of B. brizantha for the area, further economic analysis was conducted, which contribute much to the benefit of the farming community of our province and country. The present research was conducted on the grounds of the estate of Mr. Abg. Ausberto Hill located at km 70 of the road Babahoyo-Mata de Cacao-San Jose del Tambo. We investigated five plant densities and three replications was performed with planting grass seed Marandu plot of 16 m2. Treatments were 3, 4, 5, 6,7 kg seed / ha which were distributed design of randomized complete block. At harvest time was evaluated plant height, tiller number per m2, leaf area index, leaf stem ratio, panicle length, days to flowering, pest and disease incidence, weight of green matter per hectare weight of dry matter per hectare, compositional analysis, economic analysis.
