Para recolectar la información necesaria se utilizaron métodos del nivel empírico y del nivel teórico de la investigación científica, el primero con el propósito de recolectar la información necesaria para lograr los objetivos programados y el segundo con el propósito de analizar los resultados obtenidos; reflexión que nos llevó a nuestras propias conclusiones.
