In the investigation carried out in the Credifacil warehouse, I have the following results: they do not have control of the entrances and exits of the products from the warehouse, there is no database that shows the stocks of the products in the warehouse, lack of implementation of new stock techniques. |

La investigación se efectúo considerando la metodología de la investigación descriptiva en que se organizó, resumió y analizó las falencias de la empresa. La gestión de inventarios se encarga de dar seguimiento de los productos y adquirir lo necesario para mantener un stock adecuado, por lo tanto, va aportar información precisa sobre las falencias del almacén y proporcionando posibles soluciones que puedan aplicarse para mejorar.
