The methodology chosen for this work was the qualitative approach, which uses the collection of theoretical data for the interpretation process, it applies analytical procedures to address its object of study. This was done through the interview technique, where the opinions of the collaborators were obtained to obtain information about the administrative processes and the behavior they maintain as workers. The results achieved show the application of an inadequate administrative management within the branch, resulting in an inappropriate distribution of tasks and responsibilities to the company's employees, causing misuse of both material and human resources. |

The results achieved show the application of an inadequate administrative management within the branch, resulting in an inappropriate distribution of tasks and responsibilities to the company's employees, causing misuse of both material and human resources.La investigación surge como iniciativa para cooperar al buen manejo y crecimiento de las actividades administrativas que lleva a cabo la empresa I.L.G.A (Importadora Lino Gamboa) Cía. Ltda., perteneciente a la ciudad de Babahoyo, donde se realizó el análisis situacional. La metodología que se escogió para el presente trabajo fue el enfoque cualitativo, que utiliza la recolección de datos teóricos para el proceso de interpretación, esta aplica procedimientos analíticos para abordar su objeto de estudio. Este se realizó mediante la técnica de entrevista, donde se conoció las opiniones de los colaboradores para obtener información sobre los procesos administrativos y el comportamiento que mantienen como trabajadores.
