Los Inventarios Y Su Incidencia De La Rentabilidad De Los Supermercados Escobar, Ciudad De Vinces, Provincia Los Ríos

The investigative work that has been done has allowed to know in greater detail the problems that originate in Supermarket Escobar of the city of Vinces because there are difficulties in the handling of inventories which makes that there is a little problem in the profitability since it is not adequate to generate losses due to deterioration in the products, in other cases they expire and in other cases it is finished and it is left empty until the purchases are made again. In the research work the different types, methods and techniques of the scientific investigation to know from the organization the impact that this problem has had, for what a documentary investigation is proposed that allows to extend the existent knowledge when elaborating a theoretical framework, besides a field work is proposed that consists of surveys to the workers and interview the owner in order to receive primary information that allows to have what s enough elements to propose a proposal that leads to the solution of the problem, to check the hypothesis, the Chi Square test is proposed in order to verify the variables. Once the results are obtained, a proposal is proposed that consists in the creation of a internal control department and inventory management to be responsible for managing the warehouse and in turn supply the premises and branches that are in the different cantons, establishing policies, formats and other documents to establish processes and procedures for the inventory management.
