Additionally, the boutique used influencer marketing by collaborating with influencers in the local community to promote their products through their online platforms. Another key strategy was the development of an attractive and functional website that allowed customers to easily browse the available products, make online purchases and obtain information about the location and hours of the physical store. Email campaigns were also implemented targeting a list of potential and existing customers, offering exclusive discounts and special promotions to encourage purchases. Additionally, online contests and giveaways were held to increase fan participation and engagement on social media, helping to increase brand awareness and attract new followers.
