| Тойм: | The knowledge of cardiovascular diseases: diagnosis, treatment and care, has experienced great progress in recent years. In this development, the prevention of risk factors has acquired great relevance. In general, cardiovascular pathology has a chronic nature, which for the patient a limitation in physical and social abilities for the rest of his life. Whether it is to prevent cardiovascular disease or if it is being done, it is necessary to educate the patient in the guidelines of action in the physical, social and psychological, which can afford the highest degree of independence possible as well as reintegrate into an active life and satisfactory as soon as possible. The intervention of the nurse in the health education of the patient is fundamental, both in prevention and rehabilitation, to promote the control of risk factors, improve life habits, reduce morbidity and mortality and improve their quality of life. In the present study, 168 patients at risk of cardiovascular disease infection were analyzed in the ages ranging from 20 to older adults; in it, it was found that 75% of the basketes have a sedentary life and full of bad eating habits, being the highest incidence in male patients. The results of the field work with this representative image were obtained as the point of view of the design of a strategy that favored the reduction of the risks of patient education, which in turn allowed us to reach the area of nursing to consolidate the knowledge and design primary care plans that favor the well-being of the user. |
