Sumario:The present work has as its theme, the visual identity in the corporate communication of the Technical University of Babahoyo, which seeks to show the importance of visual identity to improve the processes of corporate communication of the University. For which a bibliographic and field research has been conducted that allowed to know the criteria of various authors, as well as students of the Technical University of Babahoyo. The general objective is to support the importance of visual identity in the corporate communication of UTB 2023; and the specific objectives are to analyze the visual identity of the Technical University of Babahoyo; to compare the corporate communication of UTB with other higher education institutions; to establish strategies for improvement in the visual identity of UTB. The main problem found has been, the visual identity affects the corporate communication of the UTB, from which we have proceeded to conduct qualitative research that has allowed us to know the relationship between visual identity and corporate communication, thereby seeking to improve the promotion processes of the Technical University of Babahoyo in the year 2023.
