Итог:Pulmonary tuberculosis is a chronic infectious disease that can affect both men and women regardless of age, but people with risk factors such as living in crowded conditions, catastrophic diseases, are more predisposed to contract it. Pulmonary tuberculosis is a disease that can be fatal if it is not treated in time. This treatment has certain steps that must be followed to the letter and correctly to be effective otherwise it loses effectiveness. Among the main symptoms of pulmonary tuberculosis we have a productive cough of more than 15 days, night sweats, weight loss, fever, chills, among other symptoms that vary from person to person. Pulmonary tuberculosis is a disease that is easy to diagnose, with a direct smear examination of the expectoration (sputum), it is the most practical, simple and quick confirmation technique, and can confirm between 65% and 80% of cases of tuberculosis, in addition to this a standard chest X-ray is also performed.
