Označite | Izvleček: | In the present case study, the subject of family conflict and its influence on depression was discussed in a 68-year-old adult from the Buena Fe canton, Los Ríos province, from which it was possible to collect the necessary data for its elaboration, through of interviews and a psychological instrument such as the Beck Depression Inventory, which was performed on the patient, whose result was mild depressive disorder. It should be noted that family conflicts often cause certain disorders, such as depression, which entails a series of negative conceptions of oneself, the world, and the future. For which, a cognitive-behavioral psychotherapeutic scheme was carried out on the patient so that she regains her emotional stability, enjoys good self-esteem and mental health in general. This was carried out through a therapeutic scheme from the cognitive behavioral approach and it is established so that the patient, with the help of a professional, can carry it out through the sessions. |
