En este trabajo se encuentra información detallada del paciente de sexo masculino de 25 años, humilde, que sufre pérdida progresiva de peso y apetito que fue progresando paulatinamente con los meses, además de una debilidad extrema impidiéndole realizar las actividades cotidianas, convirtiéndose en una persona dependiente de otra.
